The Portrait Pro software is available in three versions. There are three versions of Portrait Pro 12. I received an initial response within ten hours and a final follow up at 24 hours. I generated a support ticket to test that claim. Their website claims that they will answer tech support questions within 48 hours and sometimes less. (Which is always a good feeling to know, when you’re buying software, and might require tech support down the line.) In my opinion, the company seems well organized, on top of things, and not going anywhere soon. Portrait Pro 12.0, the version that I’m reviewing today, was released in January of 2014.
